Schedule/Hours:
- Multiple openings available across several medical-surgical floors
- 12B Medical floor assignment
- 13-week contract opportunity
Qualifications: - Active and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of one year recent Med Surg (Medical-Surgical) nursing experience
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system (must be noted in your profile)
- No requests for time off (RTO) accepted during assignment
- Comprehensive resume or work history with no employment gaps exceeding 60 days
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Primary Responsibilities: - Deliver patient-centered care for a range of medical-surgical diagnoses
- Perform thorough assessments, implement physician-ordered treatments, and monitor patient responses
- Administer medications and therapies according to established protocols
- Collaborate closely with physicians, allied health professionals, and peers to enhance patient outcomes
- Document all interventions and patient activities accurately using EPIC EMR
- Support patients and families with clear communication and empathetic care
